El diagn\u00f3stico diferencial fue realizado por el Dr. Lorente (R3 de Medicina Interna) que coment\u00f3 las diferentes opciones diagn\u00f3sticas y pruebas a plantear. La soluci\u00f3n la aport\u00f3 el Dr. Guerra, que coment\u00f3 la evoluci\u00f3n del paciente y brevemente esta entidad.
